National Pest Management Association - Custom Customer Panel

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA), a leading trade association supporting the structural pest control industry, needed a digital solution to modernize how members access and manage official government-required documentation.

QOLOS developed a fully custom website and customer portal that allowed pest control professionals to browse, bundle, and subscribe to NPMA forms. Once subscribed, users could fill out the forms directly in the portal and seamlessly print, email, or download them as professional, compliant PDFs.

This system transformed what was previously a manual, time-consuming process into a streamlined digital experience. The portal not only improved efficiency for users but also reduced NPMA’s support overhead, created new revenue streams through subscriptions, and reinforced NPMA’s role as an innovative leader in regulatory compliance and support for its members.
