Certco, a major grocery wholesaler serving independent retailers across the Midwest, partnered with QOLOS to streamline its supplier management operations. Facing constant bottlenecks from manually updating supplier product data, Certco needed a smarter, scalable solution that would reduce internal workload while improving accuracy and efficiency.
QOLOS built a custom supplier portal that integrated directly with Certco’s Infor M3 ERP system. The portal allowed suppliers to securely log in, manage their own product listings, update pricing, upload assets, and submit changes for approval—eliminating the need for time-consuming email exchanges and spreadsheets.
With real-time two-way data syncing to Infor M3, Certco significantly reduced data entry errors and saved hundreds of hours each month. Internal teams gained greater visibility and control, while suppliers benefited from a smoother, more professional experience. The project not only improved operational efficiency but also scaled Certco’s ability to onboard and manage supplier relationships at a much higher volume.
